1. Acceptance of Passenger Terms

Welcome aboard Luck In The Air, operated by Aetherian Network Ltd. By accessing, registering, or playing games on the Skyport platform, you agree to be bound by these Passenger Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these conditions, you must disembark immediately and cease use of the service. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement regarding your use of our free-to-play social casino environment.

2. Eligibility and Geo-Restrictions

Access to the Skyport is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By creating an account, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. Our services are primarily governed by the laws of New Zealand. Passengers accessing the platform from other jurisdictions do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws regarding simulated social gaming.

3. The Exclusive Nature of Virtual Currency (Zephyrs)

All activities on the Skyport use "Zephyrs" (ZPH), a strictly virtual currency. Zephyrs are provided free of charge through daily logins, gameplay progression, and promotional events. Zephyrs have absolutely NO real-world financial value. They are not legal tender, cannot be converted into fiat currency, cryptocurrency, or real-world prizes. Your balance of Zephyrs simply represents a license to engage with the simulated gaming mechanics on our platform.

4. Strict Prohibition of Real-Money Trading

Luck In The Air is a social casino. We do not accept real-money deposits, and we do not facilitate real-money withdrawals. Any attempt to sell, trade, or transfer Zephyrs or player accounts outside the platform is strictly prohibited. Engaging in secondary market trading of Skyport assets will result in immediate account termination and permanent banishment from the platform.

5. Account Creation and Platform Security

Passengers are required to provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account with third parties. Aetherian Network Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent activity, botting, exploitation of mechanics, or violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property of Skyport Assets

All visual assets, game mechanics, narratives, graphics, logos (including the brass altimeters and dirigible designs), and software code are the exclusive intellectual property of Aetherian Network Ltd. Passengers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform for personal entertainment. Reproduction or distribution of our assets is strictly forbidden.

7. Limitation of Liability and Downtime

The Skyport is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for continuous service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. Aetherian Network Ltd shall not be liable for any perceived loss of virtual currency due to technical glitches, server downtime, or account termination. Our total liability in any dispute is strictly limited to providing continued access to the free-play environment.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from your use of the Skyport shall first be addressed through our Telegraph Office (support). If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Auckland, New Zealand.
